Influence Redefined Be the Leader You Were Meant to Be, Monday to Monday

Today’s fast-paced business environment requires leaders who can create impact and influence others with sound communication practices. But,  in today’s world of emails and text messages, it’s easy to overlook the importance of face-to-face communication and the focus, discipline, and hard work required to be influential Monday to Monday.

Whether you’re influencing your employees, delivering a presentation, or facilitating a board meeting, how you deliver determines whether or not others see you as credible, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Without doing this effectively, you inhibit your maximum potential to influence, increase profits, and build a reputation you’re proud of.

Stacey Hanke helps people to eliminate any verbal or non-verbal distractions they may be unaware of to persuade, sell their ideas and influence their teams to take action.

Her highly interactive presentation will:

  • Show you how to immediately implement the influence skills you learn to your day-to-day conversations.
  • Explain how influence is a skill that can be developed by anyone through the use of consistent feedback, practice, and Accountability.
  • Introduce the Influence Model — a proven, step-by-step method for improving communication and creating influence that moves people to action long after an interaction is over.

Influence Redefined: Be the Leader You Were Meant to Be, Monday to Monday

How you communicate verbally and non-verbally determines whether or not others see you as credible, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Without doing this effectively, you inhibit your potential to influence, increase profits, and build a reputation you’re proud of on a day-to-day basis.

“Influence Redefined” gives audiences the opportunity to take a closer look at what’s really going on behind the scenes when they communicate with others.

Audiences will learn:

  • How to see yourself as others see you. Are you as good as you think you are when you communicate with influence?
  • The “how to’s” for building a consistent brand, Monday to Monday.
  • A proven, step-by-step method for creating influence that moves people to action long after an interaction is over.
  • How to communicate with brevity and build trust to be heard.

This interactive, virtual presentation runs 60-90 minutes, depending on client’s needs. Content is customizable to ensure message is tailored for its audience.

Stacey Hanke will host up to three pre-event calls to discuss company culture, challenges, and expectations. Based on these conversations, she will then create a customized presentation and a personalized, promotional video for client’s use.

Post-event, Hanke offers a live, follow-up 60-minute group virtual session to participants within 60 days of the original webinar. Its purpose is to continue building on the skills and techniques of influence learned, provide additional information on how to hold yourself accountable; and answer any questions.
