  • Jhanelle facilitated an amazing workshop using language that’s easily comprehensible for those who aren’t knowledgeable in mental health. She has also made it easily practical to help people start their self-care journey.

  • Jhanelle did an amazing job! The session was very informative and interesting. I found the online mode of delivery comfortable, mainly because Jhanelle did a great job making it as interactive as possible.

  • Jhanelle is a fantastic facilitator, and I would be interested in hearing her speak again. She is very engaging, knowledgeable, relatable, and practical. All the materials she provided were beneficial, and I started to incorporate the takeaways in my professional and personal life. The session flowed very well, and I didn’t want it to end. I joined ample sessions on Wellness since COVID-19, and this has been the best one thus far.
