What began as a half-day “Why Discovery Workshop” with Peter Docker and David Mead for the leadership team of Ultimate Software’s Services Group, led to a comprehensive learning and development initiative delivered across the company over eight days.
By the end of the Summit, each participant was equipped with a fresh perspective on leadership, and with skills, tools, and a common language with which to create contagious conversations within the rest of the organization.

In 2012 and 2013, Strategic Communication and Leadership Expert Heath Slawner embarked with Canadian Tire’s learning and development team on an ambitious project to re-design, facilitate and deliver a foundational series of workshops entitled “Leading With Insight and Influence.” The program equipped participants to lead through increasing complexity and interdependence, and will ultimately help expand their reach for greater long-term impact at Canadian Tire.
