Dr. Susan Biali’s life passion is to give people the knowledge, tools, and hope to help them create a healthy lifestyle, find happiness, and enjoy a more meaningful life. Formerly clinically depressed, Dr. Biali turned her life around by extensively studying how to overcome this debilitating condition and inspires a broad range of clients — from military leaders and senior executives to physicians and other health care professionals — to take control of their mental and physical health and start living authentic, successful lives.

Dr. Biali holds a Doctorate of Medicine and a Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics from the University of British Columbia. She has received numerous academic and personal awards, including the Goel Prize for “Most Outstanding Medical Clinical Skills”, the UBC Medal for her studies in Dietetics, and the “Woman of Worth” award in Health and Wellness.

Dr. Biali writes for Psychology Today and has appeared on The Today Show and The Ricki Lake Show. She is an “Embrace Life Expert” for Reader’s Digest Best Health magazine and her opinions are frequently sought by other major publications such as Self, Prevention, Cosmopolitan, The Chicago Tribune and The Washington Post.
