About Showcase 2025: Meeting the Moment

Canada is at a crossroads.

What do we need to do as a country, as organizations, as leaders, and as individuals to meet the moment?

This is what we’re exploring at our 26th annual Showcase.

This exclusive, client-only event will feature four incredible speakers who will address today’s most pressing challenges from a big picture perspective to an organizational, leadership, and individual lens. Learn how to navigate complexity and ambiguity with confidence — and join us in meeting the moment.

Showcase 2025 takes place on Thursday, May 1 at CBC’s Glenn Gould Studio. This year’s lineup of speakers will see us explore:

Navigating Economic Uncertainty: Acclaimed journalist Amanda Lang will explore how Canada can tap into its own ingenuity to transform economic uncertainty into opportunity.

The Future of Competitive Advantage: Business futurist Doug Stephens will map the evolving competitive landscape and how innovative companies are redefining market success.

Leading with Impact in a Changing Landscape: Leadership expert Hamza Khan will demonstrate how hope-driven leadership empowers teams to thrive amid unprecedented disruption.

Elite Performance: Olympic champion Tessa Virtue will share personal resilience strategies for achieving consistent excellence under intense pressure.

Kids Help Phone

At each of our Showcase events, we’re proud to partner with a charitable organization to raise funds in support of the important work they do within our communities and beyond.

In 2025, we’re accepting voluntary donations in support of Kids Help Phone, Canada's only 24/7 e-mental health service for youth. The challenges facing young people in Canada have grown more complex, and youth need access to the supports most relevant to them. Kids Help Phone offers free, multilingual, and confidential support to help all young people “Feel Out Loud”.
