Featuring Olympians Tessa Virtue and Silken Laumann, as well as mental health advocate Margaret Trudeau, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau has launched a new podcast in partnership with WE Organization to discuss the mental health challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This podcast was launched in May as part of Mental Health Week. Each episode of the “WE Well-Being Podcast” is designed to challenge the way people think and talk about mental health with the goal of tackling stigma and offering strategies to foster well-being.
It features thought-provoking, intimate, and informative conversations between mental health experts, advocates, and celebrities on a wide-range of topics, including self-care, resiliency, emotional intelligence, and more.
