CBC Television’s hugely popular entrepreneurial-dream show, Dragons’ Den, wraps its tenth season tonight with an all-star cast event. The special hour-long episode will take viewers on a journey, looking back at some of the program’s most compelling moments.
The current cast, which includes Dragon Michele Romanow, will also feature former Dragons Arlene Dickinson, Kevin O’Leary, W. Brett Wilson, David Chilton, and Bruce Croxon. The Dragons will make appearances throughout, reflecting on their experiences in the Den. Additional highlights include original audition videos and rare on-set photography that the Dragons took themselves.
“This program predates Twitter, Google Maps, Dropbox, the iPhone and the App Store, but there have always been entrepreneurs,” said Arlene about the show. “Dragons’ Den has given Canadian entrepreneurs a fabulous national marketplace from where it’s possible to create and build on our own home-grown entrepreneurial success stories.”
Renowned for showcasing inspired investments and providing opportunities for Canadian entrepreneurs, Dragons’ Den has always encouraged Canadians to engage, explore and take part in entrepreneurship. The iconic CBC series debuted in October 2006.
