Speakers’ Spotlight was a proud sponsor of the 2015 Canadian Innovation Conference powered by PCMA, held this week in Toronto. The event was another huge success, with conference host, Doug Keeley and closing keynote, Scott Christopher, contributing in a big way to the “innovation” promise by providing great content delivered creatively.
Chief Storyteller with The Mark of a Leader, Doug Keeley introduced the conference each day with a wonderfully mastered video vignette and a story, weaving together themes of innovation and perspective throughout the conference, and tying it up at the end.
Scott Christopher, co-author of The Levity Effect: Why It Pays to Lighten Up, provided the perfect closing keynote. “Leave them Laughing” is what they say, and that he did! In addition, he delivered great takeaways on how to create a happier workplace and the benefits of doing so.
Speakers’ Spotlight is a third time sponsor of the PCMA Canada East Chapters’ CIC (Canadian Innovation Conference). Ron Tite kicked off the inaugural CIC in 2013 in Niagara Falls; Great Traits with Mark Tewksbury and Debbie Muir were opening speakers and Mike Lipkin was the closing speaker for the 2014 CIC in Montreal; and we are already thinking of how to wow attendees with our speakers for the 2016 CIC in St. John’s Newfoundland!
Here is some of the amazing feedback Doug and Scott received on Twitter this week:
