The biggest shocker for our team was that successful managers aren’t necessarily cultivating the most harmonious teams, instead they encourage their team members to debate and question each other in order to spark innovation — all within a culture of respect and collaboration of course.
A second highlight from his talk is that team members shouldn’t be treated equally anymore, instead people want to be treated as individuals to help them achieve their own personal goals.
