
Cabral 'Cabbie' Richards

Recognized from his provocative and hilarious interviewing antics, Cabral "Cabbie" Richards, has become a favourite among television correspondents in Canada. Richards is now star of Cabbie Presents on TSN's Sports Centre, after leaving The Score in 2010 where he hosted Cabbie On The Street and Cabbie Unlimited. Richards' interviews are packed with entertaining stories, pranks and clips of some of the biggest athletes in sports.
Cabral "Cabbie" Richards is a beloved special correspondent, host and producer, seen on The Marilyn Dennis Show, and most recently, star of Cabbie Presents on TSN's Sports Centre. Richards takes his act to stadiums and arenas across the globe in a light hearted weekly segment on Canada’s top networks.
For years, Cabral was best known for his role as host and producer of two weekly shows on The Score, Cabbie On The Street and Cabbie Unlimited (2005-2010). His unique interviewing style incorporates humour to engage his interview subjects - including Michael Jordan, Mike Tyson, Hugh Jackman, Will Ferrell, Kobe Bryant, Derek Jeter, Aaron Rodgers and Sidney Crosby - has made him one of the most beloved correspondents on television today.
Previously, Richards was the host of The Hardcore Hoops Show on Sirius Satellite Channel 98 (Hardcore Sports Radio). He has appeared in numerous TV shows, music videos and hosted an online series of gaming interviews called "Playing with Cabbie" for Playstation. In addition, Richards is a guest contributor to Inside Fitness Magazine, TSN's Off The Record and on Cybulski&Co on TSN Radio 1050 in Toronto.
