John DeHart’s purpose in life is to create systemic change by building companies and building culture. The co-founder of Nurse Next Door Home Care, John helped shape the company into one of Canada’s most successful health care brands, with over 140 locations in North America. Speaking on inspired entrepreneurship, workplace culture, and leadership, John takes the idea of “corporate vision” and turns it on its head, to leave audiences with a fresh perspective, energized, reinvigorated, and inspired to take themselves and their organizations to the next level.

John is also the co-founder of Live Well Exercise Clinics, an emerging healthcare brand with over 20 locations that is a pioneer in the physician-prescribed exercise movement.

John was awarded the Ernst & Young Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2006, and again in 2016 for the Healthcare category. He has been named to the Top 40 Under 40 list, and he helped to lead Nurse Next Door to many prestigious business awards, including being named the Top Culture in Canada; one of Canada’s Top 10 Employers; and Canada’s Smartest Company by Profit Magazine.

Regularly in the media, John has been featured in the New York Times, The Associated Press, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Entrepreneur and Inc. magazines.

He is a graduate of Cornell University.
