Michelle wrote her book Energy Now! Small Steps to an Energetic Life in three sections that correspond with the sessions below. Start the day with Michelle’s rousing keynote and then expand the learning through these in-depth modules. Each module can be presented in 45-60 minutes for the half day option, or extended to about 90 minutes each for the full day option.

This motivational introduction component will explain the concept of Energy Now! to participants and help them get clear on just how big of an impact small steps can make to their health, energy and happiness.
