Duration: Half Day and Full Day Modules
Michelle wrote her book Energy Now! Small Steps to an Energetic Life in three sections that correspond with the sessions below. Start the day with Michelle’s rousing keynote and then expand the learning through these in-depth modules. Each module can be presented in 45-60 minutes for the half day option, or extended to about 90 minutes each for the full day option.
1. Energy Now! Make Up Your Mind: Overcoming Resistance and Pressing ‘Go’ on Change
This motivational introduction component will explain the concept of Energy Now! to participants and help them get clear on just how big of an impact small steps can make to their health, energy and happiness. We’ll discuss common barriers to getting started, and typical road blocks that slow or stop progress, and then create an energy plan that participants will build on as the day continues.
2. Energy Now! Take Care of Your Body: Small Steps to Big Results with Fitness, Nutrition, and Health
Physical health and wellness provides us with perhaps our greatest source of daily energy and on-going longevity, but when it comes to exercise, healthy eating and other health practices we usually don’t engage unless we have enough time, energy and motivation to do it right. In this info-packed section you’ll gain dozens of small-steps ideas that pack a big energy punch – especially since you’ll be able to implement them no matter how busy, stressed or tired you may be.
3. Energy Now! Feed Your Spirit: Energizing through Happiness, Kindness and Passion for Life
Even the most fit and healthy individual will feel an energy drain if they’re not experiencing enough happiness and fulfillment in their lives. Imagine how great you’d feel if you could regularly tap in to the well-spring of energy that comes from taking care of your emotional health and feeding your spirit? In this final session participants will explore the many health benefits of kindness, ways to increase the happiness factor in their lives, and why passion is at the root of big-picture-energy. This is a fun one.
