Over the past nine years, she has covered the biggest business news stories and interviewed thousands of business leaders from Prime Ministers, to CEO’s, to the smartest analysts on the street.

Over the past nine years, she has covered the biggest business news stories and interviewed thousands of business leaders from Prime Ministers, to CEO’s, to the smartest analysts on the street.
Before becoming a journalist, Parlee worked in strategy and finance at blue-chip companies like Pepsi and Labatt, taught at Dalhousie and by helped start a venture capital company. Launching her journalism career at CBC Newsworld, Parlee honed her in-depth knowledge of business based on experience working in finance at a number of blue-chip companies in Canada and abroad.
Parlee holds a commerce degree from the University of Guelph, an International MBA from York University and has done post-graduate work at IESA, one of South America’s top business schools located in Caracas, Venezuela.
