Kelly MacDonald-Hill

Kelly MacDonald, PARTNER AND SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT came to Speakers’ Spotlight in August 2003 with more than two decades experience in the meetings industry, and spent 12 years specifically placing talent at conferences and events. Although Kelly's career began on the logistical side of meeting planning, it was in the content and programming side that she found her passion... the challenge of finding the perfect fit for each event - the variety of audiences, the constantly changing issues, interests and objectives, and the fact that in this business, the perfect fit is represented by many of the brightest minds and most fascinating individuals on the planet!

 

Kelly is also passionate about her industry community, fostering great relationships, and contributing to its growth and innovation. She has served on the boards of the Canadian Society of Association Executives - Trillium Chapter and Meeting Professionals International - Toronto Chapter and remains an active member of both associations.
