For years, Hart was over-weight, over-stressed, and pre-diabetic. He slept poorly, was easily irritated, and he suffered from depression. Hart felt completely powerless - his life was spinning out of control.

But all of this changed when he made the connection between what he was eating with how it made him feel. In 2003, Hart founded Power of Food, a nutrition and lifestyle company committed to educating organizations and individuals on the benefits of healthy eating.

In 2011, Hart published his first book, e3 For LIFE, which explains the power we all have to live each day with abundant health and happiness with ease.

Hart has shared his knowledge offering corporate wellness consultations to companies such as the Canadian Cancer Society, University of British Columbia’s Department of Medicine and The Royal Bank of Canada.  All of these organizations have implemented his health and wellness solutions and discovered how big a difference healthy living can make to an organization’s bottom line.
