Goldsmith has also been ranked by The Wall Street Journal as one of the "Top 10" consultants in the field of executive education, and the American Management Association name him as one of the 50 great thinkers and leaders in the field of management.
Goldsmith is the co-founder of the Marshall Goldsmith Partners, a network of top-executive coaches. He also teaches executive education at Dartmouth's Tuck School and is a fellow in the National Academy of Human Resources. Goldsmith is extensively involved in volunteer service with a number of institutions and has been named National Volunteer of the Year.
Goldsmith co-edited the bestsellers The Leader of the Future, The Organization of the Future, The Community of the Future (which Amazon.com ranked #1 in its field) and Leading Beyond the Walls (which sold over half a million copies in 14 languages). Goldsmith's 2007 release, What Got You Here Won't Get You There, ranked as the #1 best selling business book in the United States in both The Wall Street Journal and USA Today best seller lists. Goldsmith's most recent publication, Succession: Are You Ready?, is designed to help corporate leaders prepare for transition, choose a successor, coach that successor and, ultimately, pass the baton. His is expecting the release of his latest work, MOJO: How to Get It, How to Keep It, and How to Get it Back When You Need It!, in December 2009.
