Lynne Lancaster (Baby Boomer) is the co-author of When Generations Collide and the newly-released The M-Factor with David Stillman.  She is considered one of today’s foremost cultural translators and an expert on generational diversity.  Lynne’s keynotes and workshops have enlightened audiences nationwide. She and her business partner have appeared on CNN, CNBC, National Public Radio, and The TODAY Show, and have been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, TIME Magazine, and The Washington Post.  Lynne was recently named a Top Five Speaker for 2010.  

David Stillman (Generation Xer) is co-founder with Lynne Lancaster of BridgeWorks, a company dedicated to speaking and consulting on generational issues for organizations ranging from AARP to the IRS to MTV. For over a decade he has been called on by business executives, politicians and the media to share his expertise on how to bridge generational gaps. His work has earned him gold medals at the NY Film Festival and he was recently named as one of “200 People to Watch.”  Lynne and David’s new book, The M-Factor recently made the INC. Magazine best-seller list.  

Seth Mattison (Millennial) Seth joined BridgeWorks as a featured keynoter after a successful career with the management consulting firm Pragmatek. He has conducted numerous interviews with Millennials and top business executives to discover firsthand the ways in which his generation is shaking up today’s business world. His clients include G.E., Prudential, and the University of Notre Dame.
