Simon Sinek, renowned leadership expert and author of the bestselling book Start With Why, discovered his concept of “Why” at a time in his life when he had lost his passion for what he was doing. Discovering his “Why” not only restored his passion to levels he had never experienced before, it set him on an equally unexpected journey. He shared the concept with his friends and they asked him to share it with their friends…and more and more people invited him to share it with them.
